RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Club Retros as much as we do. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy your order, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 28 days of delivery.

RETURNS 

Wrong size? Or want a different shirt? Or just want a refund? Head to the bottom of the page, and fill in the form for a refund or exchange.

 

Please wait for our response to approve your return and provide you with the returns address. This is not included in your parcel as we need to approve the refund or exchange request first, and then will provide you with the details. If you send your parcel to the wrong returns address, we are not responsible for reimbursing this. Please keep a record of your return reference number.

REFUNDS

We aim to process your refund within 2 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.

 

Buy 2 get 1 free refunds 
If you have purchased items under the buy 2 get 1 free deal, please be aware of refund costs if this is requested for 1 or 2 items. 

• 1 item returned under buy 2 get 1 free - You will be refunded a third of your total order cost for 3 items. 

• 2 items returned under buy 2 get 1 free - You will be refunded the cost of one item, as the other returned is free (if keeping the third). The third item cannot be kept for free if two are returned. 

• If all 3 items are returned under the buy 2 get 1 free deal, you will be fully refunded for the amount you paid.

Custom printed refunds

Please be aware of our return policy on custom printed shirts before ordering. If you choose player custom printing and want to return the shirt, please be aware we will ask you to send it back, but can only refund 65% of the cost of the item on player customised shirts, as these are custom printed on demand per customer. All shirts personalised to you (E.g. surname, nickname, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged). Please make sure you know your size with us before adding your own name on the back.

All shirts without printing are fully refunded within 28 days. Any shirts with clear errors from our end will be replaced for free after a picture is sent.​

EXCHANGES & CUSTOM PRINTED EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please fill out the exchange request form at the bottom of this page, and you will be sent the return details. We aim to ship out your new exchange order within 3 workings days after your return has been received at our warehouse.

If you would like to exchange a custom​ printed player shirt, please be aware we will ask you to pay for the cost of printing again, as these are custom printed on demand per customer. You will not be charged anything else.

Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. Any refunds or exchanges will need to be paid for by the customer and our returns address is a UK, England address.
